A Behavioral Health Technician (BHT), also known as a psychiatric technician or aide, provides direct support and care to individuals with mental illnesses, developmental disabilities ADHA Autism, under the supervision of licensed medical professionals. BHTs work as part of a multidisciplinary team to implement individualized treatment plans and foster a safe and therapeutic environment. We Work with children
