We are looking for a motivated individual to assist with our heavy diesel mechanic. (Cat, Deere, Kenworth)
Responsibilities
- Show up to work, on time everyday, ready to work
- Keep shop clean and in pristine condition.
- Inspect vehicles for minor mechanical items and safety issues and perform preventative maintenance
- Oil and grease machines in the shop
- Perform Scheduled Maintenance on heavy equipment.
- Work on Semi Trucks and Trailers
- Be helpful and respectful of others
- Collect and verify instructions
- Report defects, accidents or violations
Skills
- Be motivated and eager to learn
- Possess a basic understanding of fluids needed and appropriate fluid levels in heavy equipment, Tractors, Trailers, and pickups.
- Basic Computer Skills/Ipad
