We are seeking a dedicated and experienced middle school principal and special education liaison to lead our educational institution starting July 2026. As the principal, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of school operations, including educational administration, curriculum development, and community engagement. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the academic success and personal growth of our students.
Responsibilities
- Provide effective leadership and management of the school, ensuring a high-quality educational experience for all students.
- Supervise faculty and staff, fostering professional development and collaboration among team members.
- Manage school budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to support educational initiatives.
- Engage with parents, community members, and stakeholders to promote school programs and fundraising efforts.
- Conduct regular assessments of student performance and implement strategies for improvement.
- Uphold school policies and regulations while promoting a safe and inclusive environment for all students.
- Serve as a public representative of the school at community events, meetings, and conferences.
Requirements
- Proven experience in leadership roles within an educational setting.

- A Master's degree in Education Administration or a related field is preferred.
