As we continue to scale, we're looking for an Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to be the first point of contact for our incoming leads and the engine that keeps our pipeline full of qualified, ready-to-talk sellers.
This is a fully remote, full-time position. You'll work closely with our acquisitions team (our closers) and play a direct role in how much business we write every month.
The Role
Every lead that comes into our world runs through you first. Your job is to quickly respond to new leads, figure out who's motivated and who's not, nurture the ones who aren't ready yet, and deliver the hot ones to our closers at exactly the right moment. You are the filter between raw lead volume and our closing team's calendar, and you make sure no good opportunity ever slips through the cracks.
This is a high-volume, fast-paced phone role for someone who loves the front end of the sale: the first conversation, the qualifying, the rapport, and the handoff. You won't be negotiating contracts. You'll be the reason our closers always have qualified sellers to talk to.
What You'll Do
- Respond fast to all new inbound leads entering our database and be the first voice they hear from us
- Screen and pre-qualify new leads by uncovering motivation, timeline, situation, and property details
- Run consistent nurture and follow-up campaigns across our existing database through calls, texts, and emails, keeping leads warm until they're ready
- Qualify and sort leads by readiness so the right ones move forward and the rest stay in nurture
- Deliver qualified, motivated sellers to our closers through live transfers or scheduled appointments
- Keep our CRM clean and current with accurate notes, statuses, and follow-up tasks on every lead
- Hit daily and weekly targets for contacts made, leads worked, and qualified appointments set

Qualifications
- Experience in high-volume, high-ticket sales (real estate, solar, insurance, mortgage, timeshare, or similar phone-based sales backgrounds are a strong fit)
- Proven ability to qualify leads, handle objections, and set appointments at volume
- Comfortable working in a CRM and using dialers or other sales tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Real estate experience is a plus but not required
- Real estate license is NOT required
Compensation & Schedule
- $30,000 to $50,000 per year (base plus commission)
- Full-time, fully remote
- Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, dedicated home workspace required
