The Operations Specialist-Marketing is responsible for sourcing and purchasing materials, supplies, and services in a cost-effective and timely manner, while also managing inventory levels to support business operations. This role ensures that inventory records are accurate, and materials are available as needed without overstocking or shortages.

Essential Qualifications
- Firm understanding of marketing concepts, practices and procedures
- 1+ years of experience in production purchasing, such as graphic prints, merchandise and factory orders
- 1+ years of experience in managing live inventory
- Strong negotiation, communication and analytical skills
- Ability to think strategically, leveraging data to drive decisions
- Organized with strong ability to multitask and prioritize
- Detail-oriented
- Understanding of digital tools and platforms, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Sharepoint
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and/or Shopify is a plus!
- College degree
Essential Responsibilities
- Manage the procurement and production of marketing materials, including collateral, signage, merchandise, uniforms, gifts and menus.
- Monitor inventory levels and leverage reorders as an opportunity to improve costs, quality, design and clarity of purpose in how individual pieces contribute to the overarching brand strategy
- Negotiate for best pricing and quality for each production order
- Manage weekly fulfillment of restaurant orders using Shopify and serve as point of contact to support restaurant requests
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile with inventory system. Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions to minimize exposure to loss
- Guarantee the accuracy of print and digital materials, from menus to posters to websites and email, including the timeliness of seasonal activations
- Support the menu program with menu change rollouts and seasonal activations, including item library maintenance when needed
- Ensure daily online placement and product accuracy on menus to reflect seasonal offering
