As a Revenue Cycle Representative, you will play a key role in ensuring the financial strength and operational excellence of our organization—all while upholding our core values of Be Brave, Be Human, Be Connected.
What You'll Do
- Resolving pre-batch errors and verifying billing codes
- Submitting clean, timely claims, invoices, and statements
- Posting and reconciling payments while resolving overpayments and rejections
- Managing accounts receivable and following up with payers or clients on unpaid balances
- Supporting credentialing efforts and liaising with outside agencies
- Maintaining active accounts across all payer portals
You'll Thrive In This Role If You...
- Good usage of the English language; reading, writing, and speaking required.
- Good to excellent spelling, grammar, and written/oral communication skills.
- High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation.
- Attention to detail in composing, typing, and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.
What You'll Bring
- Valid Indiana Driver's License, a good driving record, and insurance required.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
