Children’s Enrichment Center is seeking a warm, dependable, and energetic Bilingual Spanish Toddler Teacher Assistant to join our early childhood team.
We are looking for an experienced childcare professional who enjoys working with toddlers and can help introduce Spanish language and culture through everyday classroom activities, songs, stories, and play.
Schedule
Monday – Friday | 12:00 PM – 5:30 PM
Pay
$19.00 – $21.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
Responsibilities
· Provide nurturing, attentive care for toddlers
· Assist with diapering and toilet training
· Prepare and serve classroom snacks
· Supervise and participate in outdoor play
· Assist with classroom routines, transitions, and learning activities
· Engage children in age-appropriate Spanish language, songs, stories, and activities
· Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment
· Work cooperatively with the Lead Teacher and other staff
· Provide appropriate supervision and support throughout the afternoon
Qualifications
· Bilingual in Spanish and English
· Previous experience working with toddlers in a licensed child care center
· Understanding of toddler development and age-appropriate care
· Warm, patient, energetic, and dependable
· Comfortable providing hands-on personal care, including diapering and toilet training
· Ability to work effectively as part of a teaching team
· Must meet applicable state childcare requirements
