Position Summary
The Supervisor is responsible for leading a crew of approximately 10 employees performing progressive construction cleaning services at a Meta Data Center. This role ensures work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining excellent communication with both the client and internal management. The Supervisor leads a bilingual workforce (English and Spanish), promotes a positive team environment, and ensures compliance with all company, OSHA, and site-specific safety requirements.
Essential Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a crew of approximately 10 employees.
- Assign daily work tasks and monitor productivity.
- Conduct daily safety meetings and reinforce safe work practices.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and Meta site safety requirements.
- Perform quality inspections to verify work meets project specifications.
- Communicate professionally with the client's Project Manager regarding project progress and concerns.
- Coordinate with the company's Operations Manager on staffing, scheduling, and operational needs.
- Train, coach, and mentor new and existing employees.
- Monitor attendance and maintain accurate employee timekeeping records.
- Manage cleaning supplies, equipment, and inventory.
- Address employee concerns and resolve job-site issues promptly.
- Promote teamwork, accountability, and professionalism on the job site.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
- Experience in construction cleaning, commercial cleaning, or the construction industry is highly preferred.
- Ability to obtain required OSHA and site certifications (training provided by the company).
Physical Requirements
- Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday.
- Frequently bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and climb stairs and ladders.
- Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Work safely in an active construction environment.
- Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Perform duties in varying environmental conditions typical of construction sites.
Reporting Relationships
- Reports to the Client Project Manager for project coordination and client-related matters.
- Reports internally to the Operations Manager regarding company operations, staffing, and performance.

Pay: $25.00 per hour
