Duties
- Greet residents, visitors, and service providers with professionalism and enthusiasm, ensuring excellent customer service at all times
- Assist with lease or rental agreement management, including data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records using property management software
- Support property leasing efforts through upselling amenities and available units while providing detailed information about community features and policies
- Manage tenant inquiries related to property maintenance, lease terms, or community rules via phone or in person, demonstrating strong phone etiquette and conflict management skills
- Help coordinate property maintenance requests and facilities management tasks to ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
Experience
- Prior experience in property management or real estate administrative roles is highly desirable
- Knowledge of Yardi, OneSite, or similar property management software is preferred
- Strong customer service background with excellent communication skills and professional phone etiquette
- Experience in conflict management, negotiation, upselling techniques, and contract administration is advantageous
- Office experience involving data entry, filing systems, and administrative support will help you succeed in this position
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a busy environment
