Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective and existing clients through outside sales efforts, including telemarketing and retail sales environments, to promote personal insurance products.

- Negotiate policy terms and premiums with clients, balancing their needs with company guidelines to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Manage sales administration tasks such as processing applications, updating customer records, and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop outreach strategies that increase brand awareness and attract new clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, explaining policy details clearly, and assisting with claims or policy adjustments.
- Utilize bilingual or multilingual skills to serve diverse communities effectively, expanding the reach of our insurance offerings.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing within the insurance or financial services industry.
- Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities to build rapport and close deals confidently.
- Demonstrated analysis skills for assessing client needs and recommending appropriate coverage solutions.
- Experience with sales administration systems and familiarity with benefits administration is preferred.
- Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse customer base effectively.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations is a plus for understanding privacy standards related to client information.
