Job Description
- Glazes and finishes Honey Baked hams according to company standards.
- Slices, packages, labels, and prepares hams, turkeys, and other products.
- Ensures products meet quality, appearance, and food safety standards.
- Operates kitchen and food preparation equipment safely.
- Maintains a clean and sanitized production area.
- Stocks production supplies and ingredients.
- Assists with inventory and product rotation (FIFO).
- Helps the retail team during busy periods when needed.
- Works efficiently to meet production goals, especially during holiday rushes.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Food service, kitchen, warehouse, or production experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable working with knives and food preparation equipment.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and food safety procedures.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays during peak seasons.
