The UCLA School of Education & Information Studies (ED&IS) takes pride in a rich tradition of challenging conventional thinking to cultivate real-world praxis. We are seeking a Director of Development to work in partnership with the Executive Director of Development within an environment of excellence where intellectual empowerment and discovery thrive. As our Director of Development, you will plan and implement a strong, proactive major gift program that reflects the school's priorities and will directly manage a growing portfolio of individual major gift prospects. This is a phenomenal opportunity for a highly ambitious fundraiser with wide-ranging strategic abilities to support the efforts of students who value imagination over convention and view education and information as catalysts to evolve how the world learns, teaches, and researches. Guided by the principles of social justice, individual responsibility, an ethic of caring, and a deep commitment to the communities ED&IS serves, you will work collaboratively with the UCLA Lab School, Geffen Academy, and External Affairs to expand our fundraising programs. When you join us, you will be a valued and supported member of our team, receiving the tools and inspiration needed to grow and achieve significant professional milestones.
