Garosu Korean BBQ and Sushi is a fast-paced, all-you-can-eat Korean BBQ and sushi restaurant looking for a reliable and energetic Food Runner to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver food quickly and accurately from the kitchen to tables
- Assist servers and bussers in clearing tables and resetting them
- Food runners are also responsible for bringing any additional items guests may need, including refills and extra sauces, drinks or sides.
- Maintain cleanliness and efficiency in the dining area and server station
- Communicate clearly with kitchen and front-of-house staff

Server

Requirements:
- Prior experience (1 year at full serving restaurant minimum) as a server
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Must be able to work weekends and evenings
Head Server

- Minimum 2 year of server experience (Korean BBQ/sushi preferred)
- Leadership experience a plus

Manager

Garosu Korean BBQ and Sushi is looking for an experienced and hands-on Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and lead our team in a high-energy, customer-focused environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations
- Recruit, train, and schedule staff
- Ensure top-notch customer service and resolve guest concerns
- Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and service standards
- Oversee inventory, ordering, and labor cost control
- Collaborate with ownership to meet goals and drive improvements
Requirements:
- 2+ years of restaurant management experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of Korean BBQ or sushi operations a plus
- Bilingual (English/Korean/Vietnamese) is a bonus
- Must have Open availability
