Wholesale Payments is looking for a Sales Director who can recruit talent, develop producers, and lead a national merchant services team to consistent production.
We help businesses across the country eliminate their credit card processing fees through a proven dual-pricing model. Our reps walk into a merchant, show them how to stop paying processing costs, and close. It's a tangible pitch, and strong leaders build large, active teams around it fast.

The Income Model
This is a 1099 independent contractor leadership role designed for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who wants to build long-term residual income through a growing team.
Your income grows as your team grows.
- Year 1: $150,000–$250,000+ through commissions, bonuses, and team overrides
- Monthly anchor: Many Sales Directors generate $20,000+ per month in team overrides and residual income as their organizations mature
- Growth: Leaders commonly exceed $250K–$400K as their teams scale
- Long-term: Top leaders earn $500K+ annually as their residual portfolios compound
