About the Role
As a Commercial Offset Pressman, you will serve as a key technical expert responsible for driving high-volume production excellence through precision operation of large-format printing machinery. Your work directly impacts our ability to deliver superior print quality and meet critical client deadlines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities-
Execute complex print runs by setting up and operating multi-color 40-inch sheet-fed offset presses to achieve high-fidelity output.

Maximize production efficiency by continuously monitoring ink-to-water balance and registration accuracy throughout the print cycle.

Drive equipment reliability by performing proactive maintenance and rapid troubleshooting on high-performance printing systems.

Collaborate with cross-functional production teams to ensure seamless workflow transitions and consistent adherence to project specifications.

Maintain a high-standard, organized workspace that promotes safety and operational excellence.

Ensure all printed materials meet rigorous quality control benchmarks before moving to the finishing stage.
Qualifications-
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience operating industrial sheet-fed offset printing presses.

Deep technical proficiency in large-format printing equipment and color management.

Proven ability to diagnose and resolve mechanical or quality issues during active press runs.
