WHAT YOU DO:
As a Lot Technician at our Reconditioning Center, you are the backbone of our inventory pipeline. This role focuses on logistics, safety, and operational efficiency to keep our production flow moving smoothly:
- Lot Organization & Movement: Safely drive, maneuver, and organize trucks within our large reconditioning lot to maximize space and maintain an orderly workflow.
- Equipment Transport & Towing: Hook up and safely tow trailers and trucks to external repair shops, third-party vendors, or local Truck Ranch retail facilities.
- Basic Vehicle Prep & Detailing: Perform essential interior and exterior cleaning, washing, vacuuming, and baseline prep work on inventory to support the production line.
- Shop Maintenance & Cleanliness: Keep our 70,000 sq. ft. facility clean, safe, and professional through general shop cleaning, trash disposal, and tool organization.
- Management Support: Work directly with the Production Center Management team to complete daily logistics assignments, vehicle transfers, and ad-hoc tasks as needed.
WHO YOU ARE:
- Possess a valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record (Required).
- Proven experience or high comfort level safely towing and maneuvering trucks and trailers.
- Dependable, punctual, and driven to work efficiently in a high-volume automotive shop environment.
- Strong physical stamina, including the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with the shop management and transport teams.
