What You’ll Do
- Participate in field work alongside team members, leading by example on junk removal and demolition jobs
- Follow structured training to learn operational standards, team development, and leadership strategies
- Support the Operation Manager in overseeing team performance, training, and customer service
- Ensure safety, professionalism, and efficiency on every job
- Learn how to manage day-to-day operations and prepare to take over if the Operations Manager is off duty
