Carnegie Hill Creamery is looking for an energetic, creative, and reliable student to become part of our team.
This is a unique position that combines customer service with real-world social media marketing experience.
Your Schedule
Approximately 20 hours per week, including:
- 8–12 hours working in the store serving customers
- 8–12 hours creating and managing our social media content
- Must be available to work weekends and evenings.
What You'll Do
In the Store
- Serve ice cream, donuts, shakes, coffee, and other menu items
- Provide friendly customer service
- Keep the store clean, organized, and stocked
- Learn our products and help create a great guest experience
Social Media
- Create Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other social media content
- Film and edit short videos and Reels
- Photograph products and customers (with permission)
- Develop creative promotions and campaigns
- Respond to comments and messages
- Schedule posts and maintain a content calendar
- Brainstorm new marketing ideas
- Help grow our online following and engagement
- Track basic performance metrics and suggest improvements

- Loves social media and creating content
- Has a creative eye for photography and video
- Is comfortable talking to customers
- Is dependable and punctual
- Has a positive attitude
- Can work independently
- Is excited to learn about marketing and small business
- Enjoys ice cream and desserts!
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Instagram and TikTok
- Basic photo and video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, Adobe Express, etc.)
- Comfortable using an iPhone to shoot content
- Retail, food service, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
