Front Desk Receptionist & Treatment Coordinator
Full-Time | New & Growing Orthodontic Practice
Are you ready to be part of something exciting from the ground up? Our brand-new orthodontic practice is on the lookout for a Front Desk Receptionist & Treatment Coordinator who is enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional patient experiences.
As a key member of our team, you’ll be the face of our practice and the go-to person for helping patients start their orthodontic journey with confidence. Responsibilities Include:
- Greeting patients and ensuring a fun and welcoming environment
- Maintain accurate filing systems for patient records and other important documents
- Utilize Google and Microsoft Suite for various clerical tasks, including document creation and data entry
- Ensure the reception area is tidy, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies
- Handle incoming mail and packages, distributing them appropriately within the office
- Assist with basic administrative tasks as needed to support office staff.
- Answering phone calls and responding to patient inquiries
- Scheduling appointments and managing calendars efficiently
- Verifying insurance benefits and explaining financial options
- Presenting and executing treatment contracts
- Following up with pending patients and maintaining contact logs
- Assisting in practice marketing and community events
- Sterilization of instruments
Position Details:
- Full-time (5 days/week, including some Saturdays)
