We are a growing company specializing in Medicare Supplement and estate planning services for seniors, and we are seeking motivated and driven Life Insurance and Annuity Agents to join our team.
We are looking to hire Life Insurance and Annuity agents to assist us in reviewing our Life and Annuity producers in PA and NJ. All appointments are preset by our internal CSRS and are current company clients.
What you will do:
- Meet with clients to review life insurance and annuity products
- Help senior understand and protect their retirement income
- Cross-sell life insurance products to existing medicare clients
- build long term client relationships based on trust and service
- Manage and follow up on warm leads provided by the company (plus self generated opportunities encourages)
What we are looking for:
- Active Life & Health Insurance License (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Experience with seniors, Medicare or financial services in a plus
- Self-motivated, coachable, and goal driven attitude
- Ability to explain complex financial products in a simple, caring way
- Sales experience preferred
