As an Experienced Retail Salesperson, you’ll play a key role in our store’s success, leveraging your expert sales skills to deliver exceptional results. With 3-5 years of retail sales experience in a base compensation-plus-commission environment, you excel at identifying opportunities, closing deals, and making every customer interaction impactful. Our success thrives on outstanding customer service and going above and beyond, and you’ll be at the forefront of this effort. Your primary focus will be on managing a high volume of transactions, where your dedication to exceptional service and your talent for upselling will set you apart and drive our store's performance.
