Job Title: Revenue Cycle Supervisor – Payment Posting and AR
Location: Hospital in Costa Mesa, CA (100% Onsite)

Hourly Rate: $45-$ 50/hr depending on experience
We are seeking an experienced Revenue Cycle Supervisor to lead our Payment Posting and Accounts Receivable (AR) team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in healthcare revenue cycle management, with a focus on payment posting, AR, and overall operations management. This role requires a dynamic leader who can manage a team, optimize processes, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the revenue cycle.

Oversee workflows and processes, continuously seeking improvements in the revenue cycle to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Manage complex and difficult issues within the revenue cycle, developing and implementing action plans to resolve obstacles that may impact the overall revenue cycle.

Oversee the recruitment, hiring, training, development, and retention of staff within the revenue cycle team.

Required Education:

Associate’s Degree, preferably in Healthcare Administration, OR

3-5+ years of relevant experience in provider-based billing in healthcare.

Preferred Education:
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Health Administration with 5+ years of supervisory experience, with an emphasis on physician revenue cycle.

Experience:

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role overseeing payment posting and AR functions.

Experience supervising a revenue cycle team.

Certifications & Licensure:

Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or equivalent.
