Key Responsibilities:

Conduct initial evaluations of loan applications, including financial documents and mortgage types.

Collect and organize all essential client data, such as assets and debts.

Maintain consistent follow-up with borrowers and all transaction parties using phone, text, and email.

Verify information and references by contacting appropriate sources via phone and email.

Identify and correct errors or inconsistencies in loan documentation.

Submit complete loan files for appraisal.

Serve as the main point of contact between loan officers, underwriters, and borrowers.

Perform final reviews of files before loan closings.
Key Requirements:

Proven experience as a Mortgage Loan Processor.

In-depth knowledge of loan underwriting and processing procedures.

Familiarity with mortgage industry regulations and best practices.

Proficiency in mortgage loan software (e.g., Lending Pad).

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Meticulous attention to detail.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in Non-Delegated or Broker platforms.
