About the Role
We're looking for an experienced tax professional to join our Clearwater team as a Tax Senior. This is an opportunity to work closely with a diverse client base — individuals, small businesses, and closely held companies — while growing your career in a firm that values client relationships and professional development.
What You'll Do
- Prepare and review individual, business, and fiduciary tax returns
- Manage client relationships and serve as a primary point of contact for assigned accounts
- Meet with potential new clients
- Research complex tax issues and provide planning recommendations
- Identify tax planning opportunities and communicate them clearly to clients
- Stay current on federal and state tax law changes
- Assist our accounting department with monthly accounting clients as needed
- Collaborate with the broader team on client service and firm initiatives
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA license (active or in progress) preferred
- Strong technical knowledge of individual and business tax preparation
- Excellent communication and client-service skills
- Ability to work on-site in our Clearwater office

Pay: $89,000.00 - $101,000.00 per year
