We are seeking an experienced Senior Architectural Project Manager / Architect who is passionate about delivering exceptional projects, building lasting client relationships, and taking an active role in the continued growth of our firm.

What You'll Do
- Lead medium to large architectural projects from proposal through construction administration.
- Serve as the primary client contact and trusted advisor throughout each project.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, quality control, and consultant coordination.
- Mentor and support architectural staff while fostering a collaborative team culture.
- Coordinate architectural, structural, civil, and MEP disciplines to deliver well-executed projects.
- Prepare and negotiate professional service proposals and contracts.
- Support business development efforts and participate in project interviews and pursuits.
- Strengthen long-term client relationships while helping expand CPZ's presence throughout South Florida.
- Play an active role in the firm's continued growth, leadership development, and strategic direction.
Required Qualifications
- Florida Registered Architect.
- Minimum 8 years of architectural experience with medium to large-scale projects.
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
- Strong knowledge of the Florida Building Code.
- Comprehensive understanding of structural, civil, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing building systems.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
- Strong organizational skills, technical expertise, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
- Ability to work independently while leading multidisciplinary project teams.
- South Florida resident.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with municipal and governmental projects.
- Experience with renovations and new construction.
- Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Project.
- Broward County resident preferred.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
