JOB TITLE: Sales Associate in our Concord Locations
SHIFT: Variable Shift- Mornings, Afternoons and Evenings.
- Evening and weekend availability required for consideration.*
REPORTS TO: Manager in Concord
SUMMARY: Our ideal candidate has awesome customer service and phone skills; works well under holiday pressure; is familiar with computers/POS systems; able to lift 35+ lbs. of product/boxes; takes initiative; and loves chocolate and ice cream!
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Available for floor coverage at both Concord locations
- Opens and closes store to company specifications, as needed
- Building custom boxes of chocolates for customers out of the showcase
- Product awareness to answer questions in a knowledgeable fashion, in the store and on the phone
- Using the register for sales, shipping & other related tasks
- Answering the phone -- answering questions, taking orders
- Scooping ice cream/sundaes/frappes
- Using digital scales
- Packing product to sell based on company standards
- Light cleaning and stocking
- Other tasks as needed for daily store operations

PAY & BENEFITS: Salary is paid on an hourly basis and is negotiable.
