Responsibilities - What you’ll do
- Review contractor-submitted reports and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with statewide contract requirements.
- Review notifications of newly awarded contracts, establish and maintain contractor reporting records, and coordinate follow-up activities to ensure reporting and compliance processes are initiated and maintained.
- Identify missing, incomplete, or inaccurate reports, conduct data analysis to identify discrepancies or areas of concern and follow up with contractors as needed.
- Accurately enter contractor-reports and related data into designated compliance databases and tracking tools.
- Generate and compile reports from compliance databases to provide statistical insights to management and department stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve data quality, streamline compliance processes, and enhance reporting capabilities.
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with division policies and procedures, while staying informed of procurement regulations to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Communicate with state agencies to monitor contract status and ensure timely completion of requested information.
- Perform data entry and administrative tasks as needed to support compliance tracking and reporting accuracy.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required. (Substitution on the bachelor's degree may be allowed if 4 or more years of relevant procurement experience)
- Desirable for the candidate to have 1-3 years of relevant procurement or audit experience.

- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, department staff, and vendors
- Experience with computers, desktop applications including Microsoft Office products.
