Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial properties. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot various HVAC systems effectively.
Duties
- Configure HVAC systems, including air conditioning units and heating systems.
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Diagnose and repair issues related to heating, cooling, and refrigeration systems.
- Conduct inspections of HVAC systems to identify potential problems and recommend solutions.
- Collaborate with property maintenance teams to address any HVAC-related concerns in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance performed on equipment.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations while performing work duties.
- Operate company vehicles for service calls as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role in property maintenance or service technician capacities.
- Strong mechanical skills with the ability to plumb, weld, and repair appliances as necessary.
- Familiarity with various HVAC systems including air conditioning units and boilers.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for van driving responsibilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certifications or licenses in HVAC are preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
