Description:
A Retail Associate is responsible for stocking and displaying grocery products while providing outstanding guest service prepares, packages, receives and stocks product.
- Stocks, rotates, merchandises and faces product according to department procedures
- Receives product deliveries, ensures order and invoice accuracy and notes discrepancies
- Checks to ensure all retail items are merchandised attractively as per quality standards
- Ensures all items are rotated by First In First Out (FIFO) standards
- Maintains and organizes back-stock and warehouse storage areas according to department standards
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of Italian cuisine preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Requirements:
- Availability to work onsite with a flexible schedule often including weekends
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours, including standing, walking, bending and squatting
