Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual Family Nurse Practitioner (Chinese/English) to join our healthcare team. Duties
- Perform thorough physical examinations and health assessments for patients of all ages, utilizing your strong physiology knowledge and clinical evaluation skills.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, including prescribing medications in accordance with DEA regulations and managing chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and infectious diseases.
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations using EMR/EHR systems like Epic or eClinicalWorks; document medical records accurately while ensuring HIPAA compliance.
- Administer injections, IV infusions, dermal fillers, Botox treatments, esthetic laser procedures, and perform suturing when necessary to support patient recovery and aesthetic needs.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals across specialties including gastroenterology, geriatrics, behavioral health, critical care, and hospice & palliative medicine to optimize patient outcomes.
- Provide triage services via telehealth or in-person consultations; assess urgent cases such as acute pain management or infectious disease concerns to prioritize care effectively.
- Engage in patient education and health coaching to promote lifestyle modifications, medication adherence, and preventive care strategies.
Qualifications
- Valid Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) license with current certification; bilingual fluency in Chinese and English is essential.
- Demonstrated experience working with diverse populations including children, seniors, individuals with disabilities or developmental disabilities.
- Proficiency in EMR/EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, or Athenahealth; familiarity with CPT coding and ICD-10/ICD-9 coding standards.
- Experience in various clinical settings including hospital medicine, outpatient clinics, nursing homes, assisted living facilities or home care environments.
- Knowledge of advanced procedures such as spinal taps, catheterization, gastrostomy tube feeding, dialysis management or ventilator support is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology, anatomy knowledge, infection control protocols and HIPAA regulations.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team while demonstrating excellent client communication skills and critical thinking abilities.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
