Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Custom Welder/Fabricator who can take a project from blueprint to finished product. The majority of your time will be spent at a customer facility performing welding and fabrication work in a consistent environment. This provides steady work and predictable projects while still offering opportunities to participate in custom fabrication and mobile welding projects.
While most days will be spent at one location, there will be occasions where you'll assist with onsite repairs, field welding, and custom fabrication projects at customer locations. These projects can vary from equipment repairs and modifications to one-of-a-kind custom weldments, offering variety and opportunities to expand your skills.

Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and weld symbols
- Fabricate custom weldments from raw materials
- Perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding on a variety of materials
- Weld carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum
- Complete fabrication projects with minimal supervision
- Maintain welding quality and production standards
- Assist with occasional mobile welding, repair, and installation projects (paid milage)
- Communicate professionally with customers when working onsite
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Qualifications:
- Previous welding and fabrication experience
- Blueprint reading skills
- Ability to fabricate projects from start to finish
- Experience welding: Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminum
- MIG Welding
- TIG Welding
- Stick Welding
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Bonus Skills (Not Required)
- Sales experience
- Estimating and quoting experience
- Experience working directly with customers
