Brown Veterinary Services is seeking a veterinarian to join our growing Urgent Care team. We are a privately owned mixed-animal practice that believes veterinary medicine should still be fun, rewarding, and centered around helping pets and their families.
Schedule
- Friday: 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Saturday: 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Sunday: 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM
No overnight shifts. No overnight hospitalization duties. No on-call responsibilities.
What You'll See
Our urgent care service primarily sees dogs and cats, but applicants interested in exotics, pocket pets, backyard poultry, and other species are encouraged to apply.
Common cases include:
- Lacerations and wounds
- GI upset and foreign bodies
- Allergic reactions
- Eye and ear emergencies
- Toxicity concerns
- Urinary issues
- Minor surgical emergencies
- Sick pet evaluations

Who We're Looking For
- DVM or equivalent
- Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in Georgia
- Comfortable with urgent care case management
- Surgical skills are a plus but not required
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Team player who enjoys practicing medicine and helping clients
