Step One is a private, family-run NYS OASAS and OMH Certified Outpatient Treatment Center since 1994 seeking talented individuals to join our amazing staff to provide care in our Highland location.
Job Summary:
Provide a full range of treatment services in an outpatient Program including (but not limited to):
- Develop, recommend, and review treatment goals and plans with clients and their families
- Individual Therapy
- Group Therapy
- Case Management
Hours:
Flexibility for both day and evenings is required.
8:00-4:30 PM for three days per week and 12:00 PM-8:30 PM for two evenings per week.
Job Requirements:
- CASAC, CASAC-t, MSW-LP, MHC-LP, LMSW, LMHC, or LCSW.
- Advanced clinical experience in a substance abuse setting
- Excellent Case Management skills required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word is required and Electronic Clinical Records experience strongly preferred.
