Are you energetic, friendly, and passionate about healthy habits? Tropical Smoothie Café is looking for upbeat, dependable team members to join our crew! As a Crew Member, you will be the face of our brand, delivering amazing customer service and crafting our famous real-fruit smoothies and toasted food items.
Whether you're greeting guests at the register, prepping fresh ingredients, or blending up a storm, you’ll play a key role in spreading our "Eat Better. Feel Better." lifestyle.
Responsibilities
- You will be trained to rotate through our three main station areas to keep operations smooth and fast-paced:
- Smoothie Station:
- Accurately measure and blend high-quality, real fruits, vegetables, and proteins to craft our signature smoothies.
- Maintain a clean, fast-paced blending area while ensuring every drink meets our quality and presentation standards.
- Food Station:
- Prepare and toast a variety of delicious flatbreads, wraps, quesadillas, and bowls.
- Follow food safety, handling, and sanitation guidelines closely while maintaining speed of service.
- POS / Cashier Station:
- Welcome every guest with a warm, energetic smile and provide exceptional customer service.
- Take accurate orders, operate the cash register/POS system, handle cash and digital payments, and answer menu questions.
Requirements
- Customer-First Attitude: Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with guests in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliability: Dependable team player with a strong work ethic and punctual attendance.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, frequently bend, and lift up to 30 lbs.
- Multitasking Skills: Able to thrive in a high-energy setting and adapt quickly to changing station assignments.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 17 years old.
- Previous food service or customer service experience is a plus, but no experience is required—we provide full training!
