Allied Heating and Air located in Castle Rock, Colorado is currently looking for a Customer Service super-star to join our dynamic Team. Previous experience in HVAC is helpful but not required. This position will be responsible for:
- Receive emergency and non-emergency calls
- Check and address company emails using multiple email platforms
- Manage scheduled orders for Supervisors
- Maintain daily schedules for Service Technicians and Installers
- Order supplies for new build and residential services
- Remain in constant communication with office personnel
- Execute all warranty calls for new construction
- Monitor and manage multiple programs for builder schedules
- Schedule service calls and dispatch proper Service Technician according to type of service
- Direct incoming calls to their respective recipient
- Open and close office daily
- When applicable, assist with bids
- Determine if items are billable to the homeowner or builder
- Handle emergency issues (i.e. company vehicle and equipment problems etc.)
- Proficient in Office 365, general office equipment, and maintaining paperwork and files
