```Duties```
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Provide information and assistance to visitors, clients, and employees
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Assist with event planning and coordination
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in a customer support or front desk role is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Proficient in using computerized systems for data entry and managing appointments
- Attention to detail for proofreading documents and maintaining accurate records
- Ability to handle phone systems and direct calls effectively
- Knowledge of dental receptionist procedures is a plus
