We pay you whether you sell or not.
Most door to door jobs are straight commission. Ours isn't. You get $20 an hour guaranteed every single shift. Show up, work your hours, get paid. That's the floor.
But here's where it gets interesting.
Every time you set an appointment that turns into a sale, you earn up to $350. Our top setters aren't making hourly. They're stacking commissions. One of our newest setters had zero sales experience and made $2,800 her first week.
We pay every Friday. No waiting, no games.
What you'll be doing:
You'll walk assigned neighborhoods and talk to homeowners about permanent holiday lighting. You're not selling anything. You're setting appointments for our sales team. That's it. We handle the rest.
What we're looking for:
Someone who shows up, can talk to people, and wants a paycheck that reflects their effort. No experience required. We will train you.
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation to get to your assigned area each shift
- Smartphone with active data plan
- Able to work outdoors 2pm to 7pm core hours
- 18 or older
Pay:
$20/hour guaranteed or commission whichever is greater, paid every Friday.
