Job Overview
The purpose of the Sales Associate is to assist the General Manager with new membership sales. The Sales Associate also assists with current members, class check-ins, assisting members. Fitness experience, knowledge or background is preferred.
Shift times - Mornings (7/8 AM to 11am/noon), Evening (3/4pm to 7/8 pm). Weekends - 7am to 1pm
Responsibilities
- Execute sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close
- Maintain acceptable level of personal sales production
- Present available services to current or prospective members
- Provide excellent customer service to members
- Support efforts in maintaining a clean, safe studio
- Promote a fun, warm & welcoming atmosphere!
Skills
- Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required
- Ability to learn and use the software system
- Fitness-conscious individual who values a healthy lifestyle
- Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via in person, phone and email
Pay
- Base + 10% commission on sales
