Job Title: Associate Attorney – Family Law & Municipal Court

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated, full-time Associate Attorney to join our growing legal team. The ideal candidate will manage a diverse caseload focusing primarily on family law and municipal court matters. You will handle cases from inception through resolution, providing exceptional advocacy and compassionate guidance to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Litigate cases in family court and municipal court.
- Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Represent clients at hearings, trials, and depositions.
- Conduct legal research and analyze complex legal issues.
- Manage client communication with empathy and professionalism.
- Negotiate settlements effectively to protect client interests.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active bar license in good standing in New Jersey.
- 1–3+ years of experience in family law and municipal court practice. Real Estate experience helpful.
- Strong courtroom presence and oral advocacy skills.
- Excellent writing abilities for clear, persuasive legal drafting.
- High emotional intelligence to navigate sensitive client situations.
