Office Assistant Duties
- Overseeing clerical tasks, such as sorting files
- Keeping an inventory of office supplies and ordering new materials as needed
- Maintaining files

- Answering customer phone calls
- Taking and delivering messages
- Ensuring the office runs smoothly
- Scheduling appointments via Google calendar
Office Assistant Experience
- Experience in customer service.
- Familiarity with Google Suite and other office software is essential.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary for interacting with customers.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently while also being a team player.
