Prestige Animal Wellness is seeking 1-2 dedicated Veterinary Receptionists to join our brand-new hospital. The ideal candidate will have a passion for animal care and possess a strong knowledge of veterinary practices and have excellent customer service skills. The pay scale will be reflective of experience and education level.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients and their pets with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
- Schedule appointments and manage the veterinary clinic's calendar
- Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner
- Assist with client check-ins and check-outs
- Maintain accurate records of patient information in the database
- Handle payments and billing processes
- Provide general information on pet care and veterinary services
- Assist veterinarians and technicians with various tasks as needed
*Experience*
- Knowledge of animal anatomy and husbandry
- Proficiency in dog handling, animal restraint, and care
- Familiarity with veterinary terminology and procedures
- Experience in a laboratory or veterinary setting is a plus
- Previous work in veterinary critical care or pet care is advantageous
- Previous experience with EzyVet software is a plus!
-Pay is neogotiable depending on veterinary experience

Pay: $15.00 - $21.00 per hour
