PRODUCTION / MACHINE OPERATOR
$20.00 Days | $21.00 Nights
- Operate and monitor production equipment
- Stage, scale, scan, load, and mix ingredients
- Perform packaging, labeling, and quality checks
- Complete production paperwork and checklists
- Follow GMPs and food safety procedures
- Keep equipment and work areas clean
Schedule: 4:30 AM–4:30 PM OR 4:30 PM–4:30 AM
12-hour shifts | Must be available Monday–Sunday | Typically 5–6 days/week
SANITATION TECHNICIAN
$20.00 Days | $21.00 Nights
- Deep clean and sanitize production equipment
- Clean production lines, conveyors, floors, racks, and processing areas
- Disassemble/reassemble equipment after training
- Perform ATP testing and follow sanitation schedules
- Follow GMP, HACCP, safety, and LOTO procedures
Schedule: 5:30 AM–6:00 PM OR 6:00 PM–4:30 AM
Thursday–Sunday OR Sunday–Wednesday
Night shift includes $1/hr differential
First 3 weeks of training are on days
QUALITY ASSURANCE TECHNICIAN
$22.00 Days | $23.00 Nights
- Inspect and test ingredients and finished products
- Perform GMP and process audits
- Monitor product specifications and equipment calibration
- Check metal detectors
- Perform environmental swabbing
- Document results and report quality issues
- Assist with corrective actions and food safety investigations
Schedule: 4:30 AM–4:30 PM OR 4:30 PM–4:30 AM
Monday–Saturday
Night shift includes $2/hr differential
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Manufacturing, food production, sanitation, or QA experience preferred
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Basic math and computer skills
- Reliable and able to work independently or with a team
- Forklift certification is a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working on your feet in a hot, cold, noisy, fast-paced environment
- Must be comfortable around food allergens, including wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, and nuts
