The Night Auditor is responsible for being the first point of contact as well as the first impression with guests, handling all stages of a guest’s stay, which can include multitasking, and performing the following duties in a manner that reflects our property’s vision, mission, and core values.
Compensation:
$15.50 - $16 hourly
Responsibilities:-
Perform basic maintenance or housekeeping tasks when needed to maintain guest comfort.
- Welcome and assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Address guest inquiries about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Prepare and distribute nightly reports, ensuring accurate financial and operational records.
- Resolve guest concerns by collaborating with appropriate departments to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications:-

- Strong customer service skills with a guest-focused approach.
- Proven customer service experience with a strong guest-focused mentality
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
- Experience in hospitality is preferred but not required—we welcome applicants at all experience levels.
