We are seeking a friendly, motivated, and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist customers with their purchases, maintain a clean and organized sales floor, and help create a positive shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer customer questions about products and services.
- Recommend products based on customer needs.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Restock shelves and maintain attractive merchandise displays.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Handle customer returns and exchanges according to company policies.
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math and cash-handling abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25–50 pounds, as needed.
