Responsibilities
- Safely operate equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and order pickers to load, unload, and move inventory throughout the warehouse
- Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to accurately track stock levels, process orders, and update inventory records
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with precision and efficiency
- Manage shipping & receiving tasks by verifying inbound and outbound shipments against documentation
- Stock shelves and organize products to optimize space and facilitate easy access for order fulfillment
- Assist with inventory counts, stock replenishment, and cycle counts using warehouse systems like AS400 or MRP software
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed during material handling and equipment operation
Requirements
- Prior experience working in a warehouse environment or distribution center preferred
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, and basic math skills for inventory counting and measurements
- Valid certification for forklift operation; reach truck experience is a plus
- Ability to operate pallet jacks, load & unload trucks safely, and perform order picking & packing tasks efficiently
- Familiarity with shipping & receiving procedures in an e-commerce or retail setting
- Strong attention to detail for accurate order fulfillment and stock management
- Good physical stamina to stand, walk, lift heavy items, and perform repetitive tasks throughout shifts
