Job Summary

Duties
- Monitor surveillance systems such as CCTV cameras to oversee activity across the premises and identify potential security threats.
- Conduct regular patrols of the facility, including entrances, exits, and sensitive areas, to deter unauthorized access and ensure safety protocols are followed.
- Verify the identity of visitors, contractors, and employees by checking credentials and maintaining detailed access logs.
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies by coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services as needed.
- Manage conflict situations with professionalism using conflict management skills to de-escalate disputes effectively.
- Perform first aid and CPR when necessary to provide immediate assistance in medical emergencies.
- Maintain comprehensive incident reports, CCTV footage logs, and security records to ensure accurate documentation of daily activities and incidents.
Experience
- Prior experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of surveillance technology such as CCTV systems and loss prevention techniques.
- Certification in first aid and CPR is preferred; ongoing training in conflict management and emergency response is advantageous.
- Familiarity with security protocols related to access control, CCTV monitoring, and loss prevention strategies.
