We're looking for an experienced, hands-on General Manager to lead the daily operations of a well-established, high-volume bar and grill that has been a staple in the community for years. This is an opportunity for a hospitality professional who leads from the front, develops strong teams, and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Compensation & Benefits

What You'll Do
- Lead all day-to-day restaurant operations with a focus on hospitality, efficiency, and profitability.
- Ensure every guest receives exceptional service and leaves wanting to return.
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
- Create schedules, manage labor, and maintain appropriate staffing levels.
- Lead by example during busy shifts while maintaining a positive, energetic culture.
- Oversee inventory, ordering, food and beverage costs, and operational expenses.
- Manage cash handling, deposits, comps, discounts, and financial accountability.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, safety, and compliance with all company and health department standards.
- Resolve guest concerns professionally while creating positive experiences.
- Build relationships within the local community and help drive sales through local engagement and social media initiatives.

Who We're Looking For
- Previous management experience in a bar, restaurant, or other high-volume hospitality environment.
- Leads by example and isn't afraid to jump in wherever needed. Builds accountability while creating a positive, team-first culture.
- Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and personal accountability.
- Passionate about hospitality and committed to creating exceptional guest experiences.
- Comfortable working nights, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
- Experience managing labor, inventory, food and beverage costs, and financial performance is preferred.
