ISU Insurance Services- Atwood Agency is in the city of Placerville offering all lines of insurance and financial planning. The agency has been in business for over 100 years and our agents have 2-30 years of experience.
We are in need of a licensed Property and Casualty insurance agent to assist in retention and growth of our existing book of business. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years insurance sales experience and knowledge of the current market conditions. High wildfire property placement is a growing concern that the industry faces today. We are looking for an agent that understands the importance of keeping current on products available in today's market. California FAIR Plan knowledge and the ability to meet changing deadlines will be key to your success in the agency. There will be training offered, however it is important to also be self-motivated and able to research information to find answers on your own. The position is immediate, and wages are commensurate with experience.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, answering their questions and addressing their concerns
- Sell insurance policies, explaining coverage options and benefits
-Rewrite existing policies that are being non-renewed due to location
-Maintain the agency reputation of being a trusted resource within the community

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
