Cappza’s Delivery Drivers are responsible for delivering our quality pizza and catered food to our customers in a safe, courteous, and timely manner. Delivery Drivers may also be cross-trained to perform the duties of our in-store Staff members including: pizza making, order taking and more!
Responsibilities/Qualifications:
Enthusiastic, reliable individual with confidence and good communication skills.
Must be 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record and access to an insured vehicle.
Possess navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area and must be able to navigate adverse terrain, multi-story buildings.
Possess mental basic math skills.
Night time and weekend schedule flexibility/availability is important.
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Have some knowledge of service and food, 6 months to a year of Quick Service restaurant or high volume pizza business.
Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 40 pounds.
Must be able to work days, nights and weekends.
Must have the stamina and availability to work 30 to 40 hours per week.
