Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
- Valid state licensure or eligibility (if applicable)
- Previous experience in school-based settings preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Ability to adapt to caseload needs and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapeutic services to students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers, families, and support staff
- Conduct group and individual therapy sessions and monitor student progress
- Maintain comprehensive records as required by local and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning for students
- Serve as a resource for staff and families regarding speech-language services
